I just got back from an amazing stay at the Royalton Splash Punta Cana, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Joel, our personal assistant. He made our trip so much better! From booking us the best beach cabanas to making restaurant reservations and even organizing excursions, he took care of everything. We never had to worry about a thing—he was always one step ahead, making sure we had the best spots and experiences. Joel’s friendly, super helpful, and genuinely made us feel like VIPs the entire time. If you’re planning a trip to this resort, definitely look for Joel—he’ll make your stay unforgettable!

Beautiful property. The kids and adults all enjoyed the amazing waterpark and evening entertainment and the beach was stunning and clean. The resort is a good size and never felt overly crowded even though it was March Break.

Could never get clean pool towels. Room freezing, thermostat did not change the temperature in the room. Food at breakfast buffet, unless you got eggs, was always cold and out of staples ie. Syrup, bacon. Same buffet options for dinner over and over. Restaurant reservation system was horrible and none of the staff could explain when reservations opened for the next day. Entertainment limited.

Huge property. Beautiful pools. Beds were very comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Very dated rooms. A/C struggles to get rooms cool. Food was not great. The breakfast and lunches were the same everywhere. There may be 3 places to get lunch, but the offerings are all the same. I wouldn’t stay here again.

When going to dinner, once a dush was empty, the kitchen did not refill it, even though therebwas still an hour and a half left to dine! Signe of how to navigate the property were very limited. It was difficult to navigate the expansive property, which was absolutely beautiful. We were told to take a trolley to schedule transportation.
