Some things, like the broken deadbolt on the door, just seem worn down. The mirrors may have been cleaned, but with dirty rags or something… you could see a film on the glass.

I was disappointed that this Quality Inn was not equal to other quality inns I have stayed at! All Quality Inns offer a free breakfast that I have patronized. This Quality Inn's free breakfast was cornflakes, Fruit Loops, apples, yogurt, and a waffle maker! NO eggs, toast, bagels, or toast. No sausage, bacon or ham. No oatmeal and fruit. I was very disappointed that it did not seem like a Quality Inn. THe coffee was terrible.

Everything was good, I think the breakfast could have been healthier. I understand that it was self-service, but perhaps organic fruit, real syrup instead of chemical laden topping for the waffles. the first ingredient in the cereals is certainly sugar. So, I did not eat the breakfast, The coffee in teh room was good!

Good hotel. Good staff.

A/C was not working when we arrived. They fixed it right away. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Close to Lake George for Americade motorcycle rally. We left after 3 out of the 5 nights we paid for. I was not expecting a reimbursement. They said there was no reimbursement because we paid through Hotels.com. The hotel may have reimbursed if we had booked directly. Good hotel. Good people.

The room was dirty and smelly. The sheet on the bed wasn’t clean. It was turn on the wrong side to hide the dirty spots. The hosts was nice and offer a new sheet which I had to change.

The front desk clerk at check in was friendly and helpful. The price was good. Fridge didn’t work, but wasn’t an issue as we had a cooler in our vehicle. However, housekeeping had not completed a thorough cleaning prior to our check in. Floors were not clean; white marks/stains on chair cushion and back. Even though check out wasn’t until 11am, housekeeping seemed impatient and tried to enter the room twice between 10-10:30am before we checked out.
