The hotel is very dated and very run down, we stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned once even though I complained on day 2, the hotel also had live music on Friday and Saturday which finished at 2am and it seemed that everyone who attended lived on my floor which woke us up, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting rapid city

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were a bit disappointed when we were told we had to pay 20 dollars to get a ride (hotel shuttle) from the airport to our hotel. We have never been charged for a hotel shuttle bus to stay at a hotel, especially staying for five nights.
