I thought Hilton has a better quality service but I was greatly disappointed. When we walked in the room didn't seem clean and the bed was hastily made and shower drainage had hairs accumulated and shower door had water stained. Next day they took dirty towels but did not replace them and no toilet paper replaced and no tissues. Bed was not made and floor was not cleaned. I don't know what's the issue there. The front staffs were good but cleaning was terrible. The second floor hallway seemed rarely vacuumed. During the whole stay of 4 nights the hallway was never vacuumed. The same debry was there throughout the stay.

Filthy! Pet urine and hair everywhere

Checked into our room after a 13hr drive I wanted to shower and go to sleep. Upon opening the door to our room first thing was the heavy smell of pet urine. I then turned on the lights and noticed dirt and clumps of pet hair all over the floor. Went down to request a different room and was told all the king size rooms have sold out which I thought was odd because we just checked in and were asked do we want to stay on floor two three or four we chose floor two so then we were told we could switch rooms for a fee that wasn’t going to be an option for us as our room should have been cleaned before our arrival and it was not. They agreed and let us switch but I will never stay here again cleanliness is obviously not the priority!

We stayed over for a graduation it was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and things were in its place. We preferred a microwave in the room. Dresser drawers would of been good too. We needed our floors cleaned a little bit more. I had to ask for a broom because the floor was not clean. Our dirty towels were not replace so i had to ask for that too. Over all the i wish there was a waffle machine instead of pancake machine. The staff that help me was great. We did find a bug in the bed and the bathroom so our stay was cut short we did want to see anymore bugs so we left early. Thank you for the stay we did appreciate the accommodation.
