Wish we were told the baby water park area was closed. My 2 year old really couldn’t play as I wanted him to. We had no life jacket to fit him so we were stuck dipping him in lazy river and hot tub 😑

Spendy but fun!

Stayed in the family suite (1 king in a bedroom, 2 queens in another room, bathroom between rooms TVs in both rooms) for my kid's borthday. Very clean. Got 5 passes for Watiki. I had called ahead of time and was told 5 passes for rooms with a king, but when I got there she said 4. I told her what I was told and she honored that, considering the suite sleeps 6, I'm glad she did. Everything is expensive, but the kids had fun!

Our stay was excellent. We liked our room and the waterpark was lots of fun! The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, with quite a few options. The furniture in the room was worn and dirty and the pullout bed was very small and uncomfortable. With some furniture updates this hotel would be perfect!

Mixed thoughts on this stay.

The room reserved was not what i thought i was getting. I thought i eas getting a two bed and sofa. It was just two beds. There were three of us who each needed a bed. The price paid was the higher price for the extra bed. And pre paid. The checkin person was unfriendly and it was a take it or leave it situation. The room was decent enough.
