Staff was nice, room was cleaner than most! Bed was very comfortable and had king sized pillows which was awesome! The lounge chairs in the corner was cool. Loved the lighting! The lights behind the headboard, TV, and closet cabinet really illuminated the room with a soft light. Nice desk and bench seat with coat rack! Bathroom was big enough. I love that instead of those off brand soap bars they had liquid hand soap! And all Dove brand products!!! I am allergic to a lot of soaps and shampoos but Dove is one I can actually use!! Very insulting room. We actually had to turn the A/C on during the night because it got so warm. We were on the second floor so there were people above us. You could hear them walking some but not nearly as loudly as most other hotels. Ice machine on the second floor doesn’t work and the vending machine was empty/didn’t work. My husband’s only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. Other than that, great hotel room. Oh and complimentary breakfast was good. Lots of options and good food. The coffee machine grinds and brews fresh coffee. All and all, 5 stars!

During our overnight stay on November 8-9, 2025, the fire alarm went off at 6:30 AM and startled by 71 year old boyfriend and I awake. We were on the 4th floor and did not see anyone exiting hotel. Dressed quickly, called front desk and no answer. Boyfriend went downstairs and finally found an employee 15 minutes later who said "false alarm". Manager was supposed to be present by 7AM and was not until 8:30AM. We contacted her - no apology and she said a guest "burned toast" and it set off alarm. Due to my boyfriend's age, etc., this could have been a serious episode and was not handled correctly at all. Manager lied and said since we booked thru expedia, she could not issue a refund. However, I contacted expedia, who said it was up to the hotel to give permission to issue a refund! This was in the midst of a 3 day drive to Colorado and an awful way to wake up. Hotel management was rude and did not offer any apology or anything to make up for this incident. We still want a refund and will not be going back there again.
