The hotel is old but for 2 nights was ok. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Please be careful. Recife is notorious dangers city. Be carful.

A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Só passamos a tarde e noite no hotel, para pegar um voo às 03:00. Não tomamos café da manhã: não tenho como avaliar. Quanto ao quarto, bem simples, pequeno, precisando de uma manutenção geral. O ar split era novo. Pelo , serviu para nosso propósito, mas para períodos maiores, não seria nossa opção.

Vi muito comentários ruins em relação ao hotel e já fui sem esperar muita coisa! Porém me surpreendi BASTANTE,nao entendi porque tanto comentário negativo.O quarto estava super limpo e organizado,cama muito confortável,ar condicionado e chuveiro elétrico funcionando perfeitamente e o café da manhã bem diversificado. Algumas coisas precisando de reforma,mais nada que incomode muito . Algo que acho que poderia melhorar seria as opções de coisas no frigobar. A localização é maravilhosa, o hotel fica ao lado do macdonald ,fica também ao lado do Pão de Açúcar e farmácia e em frente a um restaurante .

o quarto não fazia menor sentido, uma escada no meio e um apartamento antigo, chegamos e não tinha toalhas de banho, solicitamos edredon e quando chegou estava com odor, a garagem é minúscula é um trabalho estacionar e pra sair e para entrar tem uma demora e os elevadores velhos.
