Room is not very clean! The walls were dirty. No power outlets for both sides of the bed. The exhaust system on the bathroom was not working. WiFi connection was terrible !

Viviana foi extremamente humana e nos deixou entrar antes do horário do check in pois explicamos à ela que eu precisava de dormir por algumas horas pois estava saindo do hospital. O quarto estava bem limpo, mas o banheiro apesar de limpo, precisa de uma melhoria para ficar mais novinho, mas tudo estava limpo, e o pessoal da recepção são excelentes.

The hotel is old but for 2 nights was ok. There are a lot of homeless in the area. Please be careful. Recife is notorious dangers city. Be carful.

A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Ficamos uma pernoite apenas, porém achei o quarto muito sujo, cheirando a mofo, uma cama que deveria ser de casal pra tentar ao menos ter o mino de conforto, não foi juntaram duas camas de solteiro. Toalhas de banho se partindo de tão velhas, ar condicionado não gelou o suficiente, chuveiro com vazamento e também só funcionando o lado quente tive que tirar da tomada pra poder tomar um banho. Os quartos com aspecto de sujos mesmo. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opção, os funcionários são bem hospitaleiros isso não posso negar. Mas o hotel que si deixou muito a desejar. Espero que melhorem em relação a infraestrutura pq a localização é muito boa.
