Family accommodation in Red Light District

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were superb and the facilities offered were very good. Our room had the most comfortable Queen bed and large bathroom. The location was ideal for exploring this wonderful city. We could not have been happier and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

We arrived early (like 9AM) and the hotel was "under pressure" to give us our room ASAP. So we booked two beds in a room, we reminded them about the two beds, yet we got the single king bed setup in our room. They made good on the bed configuration relatively quickly and from then on, the stay was perfect. We liked the room, the luxury toiletries provided, the concierge service was extremely helpful, and we dined in all three restaurants, and the experience was really 5 start plus. Will stay again and highly recommend!!! Great location, easy to walk to most landmarks, restaurants and shopping.

Everyone was upbeat and kind, and towels are available just inside the front door if you got caught by the rain. The bar provided me with a much-needed patron pick-me-up, and our large tv and bed provided a cozy experience for our last night in Amsterdam.

this was my third time staying at the ruby emma and it never fails to disappoint. clean, wonderful staff, and comfortable. will always stay here if i’m in amsterdam! gorgeous view from the 10th floor this visit also!
