Overall the stay was ok. There was a lack of attention to detail. The office chair the room was dirty with crumbs, a plate was left outside the door from the prior guest and not removed for 12 hours. The rooms were big, the bathroom was updated but shower pressure was low.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looked great. There was a limited room service menu but I overlooked that given delivery options. Room was spacious. Valet was efficient. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Starting from my reserved suite being oversold and not available - and the attitude I received with the news, and ending with a really filthy fridge. Loved the size of the king room. And the car service was convenient. The breakfast at The Landmark was excellent. Fun piano bar too. Just bring a sound machine for sleeping. Got a little noisy outside.

The Melrose

My recent experience at The Melrose was excellent. The hotel is elegant and is situated in the prettiest part of Dallas. The price point was a great value. Friendly staff. There are many diverse restaurant options within walking distance. But my room service breakfast was one of the best ever.
