Beautiful location.

It is a beautiful location. The ghost town next to it was nice to walk through. The dining room had a decent menu. There isn’t air conditioning or Wi-Fi in the rooms but we didn’t miss either. We were fine.

Obviously a dated property. No ac in rooms so had to leave the patio door open with fan..but so loud with being so close to the highway. Walls are not thick … you can hear people talking from other room quite well.

Overnight stay on our way to Alberta

We really enjoyed our stay here and were happy to be able to check in a little early. We loved the history of the chateau and also were able to tour the ghost town. As guests we got a discount which was a nice surprise. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the service was very good. The food was just okay but it was the convenience we appreciated instead of having to drive into Revelstoke. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great place for families. The only thing is that there is only a fan in the room. No AC. We knew that when we booked so it wasn’t an issue. Overall we would recommend it.

Expensive for what it was. Beds you could feel the springs, wasn't quite what was pictured online and the pool was filthy. Shower could not maintain a temperature and not much water. The rooms were clean though and the location was good.
