The staff was less than friendly and sometimes condescending. Good options, cleanliness and location were top notch
Very convenient location to exploring the capital city by foot. Great value and clean and breakfast was perfect and generous.
Overall highly recommended for couples and family travelling.
Very clean and simple but convenient . Only the parking is a little bit to me because I usually not have good skill parking into small spaces…. Not hotel fault . All center of city like this
A clock with local time will help international travellers..a microwave in common kitchen will also help..thankful you for the hospitality during our visit..cheers
Pay attention to the street names—the registration office is around the corner and downstairs from street level. And this means it’s on a different street than the residence. Only took us a few minutes to figure out though!
Great location, clean, great breakfast. Highly recommend

Nice place to plop down at
Centrally located. Near pretty much everything in Reykjavik. No frills, it's a bed for plopping down on after touring and sightseeing. Breakfast is good.
We booked the Studio and while it would have been fine for a short getaway with friends, it was not good for a family trip. The "private bathroom" was in a shared hallway. We were able to lock it once we got there but before it was open to everyone to use. The bathroom smelled of mildew so we tried to avoid it other than when absolutely necessary.
The kids liked having their own beds. The mattress on the double was worn out and sunk to the middle. This did not allow a comfortable nights sleep. The refrigerator did not work and there was exposed wiring. At least there was an abundance of electrical plugs. I was able to connect to the WiFi but even webpages were painfully slow to load.
Being in the loft, the room had a unique layout and some charm. Breakfast was good and only thing that saved this stay. I highly recommend the fresh bread.
This is a place near city center in Reykjavik so very convenient. It’s a no frills place to plop down for sleeping and no more. One nice thing is the breakfast they provide in the morning to start your day.
This was a perfect place for a solo female traveller on a budget. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Don’t mind sharing a bathroom but was very steamy after someone had a shower! Great location.
Amazing location and everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but replenished frequently. Free parking was easy to find on the street. I would suggest earplugs and an eye mask for extra comfort, the rooms are quite active at night.
