Gorgeous, super clean room and the outdoor hot tub was incredible. Staff overall was helpful (housekeeper was especially kind), but the front desk check-in felt unwelcoming and the late checkout request was handled curtly. I’d stay again, just hoping for better customer service up front

The service and check-in was excellent we really enjoyed the people that worked at the hotel. The staff was great. The only disappointment was the fact that the spa is very expensive and the sauna was not included. Coffee stations and amenities on each floor would have made things from very good to excellent. Little touches like silverware and glasses for guest use on each floor and coffee stations. But again the staff was top notch, very friendly and knowledgeable and made our stay a 9/10. Location was a 10/10. We loved the Salmon smokehouse,Rob's! The wings, vibe and service at Altmar hotel bar both walking distance. Highly recommend Tug Hill resorts for snowmobile rentals.. 20 minute drive but the 8 hours of superb fun! Knowledge staff and amazing trails. Joe and Natasha were excellent. We will be back
