Location is excellent for exploring the old city. Friendly staff willing to help and advise. Character of the building is good. Rooms are spacious with a great layout. Bathroom very clean and complimentary toiletries replaced regularly.

The hotel location is excellent for the old town. But the place itself is tired, it could be shabby chic but it’s just shabby. Breakfast was chaotic, with dirty plates and cups piled on side tables and even the floor as guests moved things so that they could eat. The breakfast food choice was basic and some strange combinations offered. The room was cool with no way to increase the temperature. Would I recommend it? No

Check in was easy. Room as unique. Not a fan of furniture that is low to the ground. We are taller and older, joints do not like getting out of low furniture. Room was cold. Could not get room warmer. Bathtub was HUGE. I would have tried it out if the room wasn’t so chilly 😞. Again, sorry I can’t rate you higher.

When we arrived we were greeted by a nice receptionist lady who was very helpful with information we need. The staff were excellent and polite. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast table was excellent and plentiful. We stayed here for an international football match and would definitely stay here again if in the area. Hotel was also very close to all places of interest in the old town.
