The room and the pool and beach were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I got tired of was the incessant music - noise from the pool bar. And the hotel had very limited food options. A really nice restaurant and bar would have really been a great addition.

La propiedad esta en excelente ubicación cerda del pueblo justo al frente tine un area de food trucks y un supermercado a menos de 2 minutos.La habitacion que nos toco esta en el primer nivel con su balcon privado,la hitacion remodelada y muy comoda.El hotel esta ubicado frente a la playa y lo mas importante es hermosa.

Our stay at this property was good. Hotel could use some upgrades but overall everything was ok. Pool area and common area were kept clean. We visited on a Monday and Tuesday so a lot of the local stores were closed.

Several roaches visited ( or lived) our room during our stay. Floor was dirty all the time. Very rude front desk personnel. Discharged batteries in door lock. Shower walls had not been cleaned in months.

No resort fee that I can see on my invoice. Great hotel for the easy going type. Staff is very helpful if you have any questions and not overbearing if you keep to yourself. Walked most places despite having a rental car due to proximity and overall a safe area. Would gladly stay here anytime I'm in Rincon

Rincón of the Seas has been renovated. Our room was a very good size with a fantastic view of the ocean and the pool. Close to downtown Rincon and the restaurants . Family oriented and a good ambiance. I will return to this Hotel again.

Need to drive to get to most anywhere. One of the two elevators was out of service the entire weekend I was there. The ice machine was out of order on my floor. Nice location but the resort needs a facelift. The door to my balcony would not close and could not be secured.
