It was nice. We always stay here. Friendly staff. My girlfriend had flies in her apple juice, and the waitress comped the meal. All in all a delightful time.

Great hotel for the area

When I arrive CJ, the assistant manager was there. He helped me get into a room as soon as I got there the room was very clean and organized and spacious. The lobby was clean and had a lot of activities.

My previous stay there I had a fold away bed for one of my children in a 2 queen bed room no problem . This time I show up and they tell me we don’t provide such a thing and made me feel like I was making it up. My son is autistic and without to many details he needed a fold away bed. Last visit it wasn’t a problem This time I requested it in my reservations along with enough towels . I arrive to be told they don’t read those requests from third party against (aka Expedia) and they don’t do fold aways. I tired to find another hotel (I would rather pay extra to another company at this point ) but none avail. I was stuck . So I went to Walmart and bought a blow up twin mattress so my autistic son could sleep . I call front desk for the extra towels and was told he would send housekeeping right away. 3 hours later nothing. I send my other 2 kids diem to desk to get towels . Manager tells them they were already sent to the room. I call the desk . I never left room .. no one dropped off towels and no towels outside door . I call the desk again. Manager tried to double down that the housekeeper said he dropped them to the room . Well none did ! 5 min later. Housekeeping shows up with the towels and the manager was right behind him. I said , oh there they are finally . Housekeeping apparently likes to not work and lie to their boss. I was just hourly annoyed because I arrive after driving 15 hours with my children to be forced to go buy a bed and fight for towels

Everything was great except the WiFi. If you’re a traveler with a gaming console of some sort then I’d recommend the Marriott or Hyatt. You cannot use an Ethernet cable for wired gaming due to their security with the WiFi. Also to even connect your game I had to contact their IT Support for their internet provider to even get access for my Playstation 5 to which the WiFi was horrible still. Other than that the stay was fine
