Nice stay

The room itself was beautiful and clean. Front desk staff was wonderful, very polite and I was able to have early check in so we could get ready for my father n laws wake. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the pillows and bed, not comfortable at all.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was quiet even though there were many families with kids noise wasn’t an issue. Walking distance from the LI Aquarium-literally next door. Many dining options in walking distance as well.

Whenever I go to LI I always try and stay at the Hyatt Place. Love the staff, always so pleasant and accommodating. Even though it's clean, I think the bathroom and vanity/sink area should be replaced. They're getting a bit worn. I love that there is flooring in the rooms and not carpet, much cleaner that way. All in all my experience is ALWAYS great. I will always choose the Hyatt Place Riverhead NY.
