It was a great place to stay. If you stay more than a few days you’ll want to plan on eating at some other restaurants. They have a small menu at the hotel but lots of local place that are not far.

Bad basketball teams and no staff in charge

A basketball team was there, and they ran the halls till 12:30 am knocking on doors, throwing ice, making a mess of the hallways and elevators. All parents in the bar drinking not watching the kids. I asked the staff to please talk to the parents as I already had, and no change. We had to be up at 5:30am for a dance comp. My girls were tired. Couldn’t change hotels because we couldn’t get a refund. We also didn’t get our dirty towels taken from our room, or picked up as requested. Bathroom wasn’t clean when we arrived. Beds were hard, pillows unsupportive, blankets thin. Space said it had a den and it did not. Their den was a space for a chair. Had to pay for parking but there were no spots to park in ramp and ended up on the street four blocks away. Website description is very misleading. Breakfast was mostly cereal and a few hot items that weren’t great. For $200 a night, not worth it.

The hospitality here is fantastic. My mother and I loved the soup and the breakfast, and we thought our room was clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again!
