They need to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs, we were at another Coirtyard in Wilkes-barre,PA the night before which was much nicer. Second, the lever that turns the water from tub to shower was jammed up, very difficult to switch on and the tub faucet was very loose. Last, and my least favorite was when checking in, I said to the employee “hi, how are you?” And he responded with “I’m fine.” Some basic customer service training needed desperately.

We stayed in room 310 Check out was at 11 and at 9:20 AM house keeping was banging down my door continuously woke me and my husband up out of our sleep in a panic even though we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door that is absolutely ridiculous!! Not happy at all ruined our stay

I got charged the $100 incidental fee 3 days after checking out. That is incredibly frustrating because 1. We did not do any damage to the room. We slept we left. 2. I am desperately trying to get ahold of someone to get this charged reversed but keep getting the runaround.

Room was really nice and spacious and clean. Definitely nicer than most. The lobby was beautiful with fireplaces and comfortable furniture. It was just the food situation and sparse staffing that would make me never stay here again. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby — even the cheepest most terrible places have that. And the breakfast situation sounds a lot better than it is. There were few choices and just one guy back there taking orders, cooking it and serving it. I watched a man wait ten minutes just to buy an expensive cup of black coffee while the cook made our food. No one was there to help him. This is not the staff’s fault — it’s the management/corporate decisions that make this place not a pleasant place who want to enjoy the hotel experience beyond just a nice room. I think simple things like coffee in the lobby, more staff, and more breakfast choices wouid go a long way
