Our room had no AC , we had to sleep with the windows open every night! The pictures on the booking are not the same in person. The walls are very thin you could hear everything in the next rooms. Complete disappointment. The staff were kinda nice.

I liked the hotel especially for the kindness of the staff. The only thing is that I had two freezing nights because the heating was not working properly, but I loved the hotel, the elevator and the food.

I rent a car everytime I travel to Europe, so parking is very vital for me whenever I rent a hotel. According to their description in Expedia - they have a parking space that is a "rare finding" in that part of the city. False advertisement. Yes, there was parking available, but not in the hotel, rather on the streets. And good luck finding a spot. When I asked the person on the desk if it's ok to park in front and do I need to pay, she said, yes, it's ok, people park their cars there all the time, you don't need to pay, because that's not a parking space. (Crazy response)... Of course I ended up getting a parking ticket.The hotel itself has a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, at €10 per person. If you don't have a car, it's ok. But if you rented a car - nope. It's False advertisement and Expedia should do something about it.

Room was SO SMALL. There was no room to open our suitcases on the floor. Yet, because there wasn't enough room to put our clothes away, we had to keep opening and closing our suitcases just to get clothes out each day. Then, when you took a shower, the drain was half clogged, so the bathroom floor would practically flood. We had to request new towels every day because we were using them to soak up the water.
