The hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini, which is ideal if you arrive late or need a place to stay. As expected for the area, it can be quite busy. Although the building is old, it is well managed, and the staff at the reception are very accommodating and allow you to leave your luggage safely. I’m quite particular about bathrooms. The bathroom was small but clean. There was a slight smell at times, possibly from the drain or the water, as mentioned in some previous reviews.

The hotel’s location is very convenient for those using trains and Rome Airport to get in and out of Rome. Otherwise, the hotel is not good value in its current condition and state of maintenance.

The location is unbeatable, a stones throw from Rome Termini train/Metro station, so getting to and from the airport, or anywhere else, is very easy. Hotel is super clean, rooms are quiet and safe, staff is extremely helpful. I did not stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Upon our arrival they said we only booked for 1 person not 2 I did not think it was that big of deal, but they sure did! The lady was instantly rude to us on the phone to someone being very dramatic then charged us an extra $200 cad for 4 nights, I could almost understand if there was a breakfast, but as there wasn't even coffee I do not understand the rudeness or the evasive charges. I do not reccomend this hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the room exceeded all my expectations – it looked even better than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean too ! We were even able to check in earlier, as the room was ready two hours before the official check-in time, which was such a nice touch. A wonderful experience from start to finish – I highly recommend it!

It was an okay hotel.. location is great near centrale Termini , bed was a little uncomfortable and you aren’t able to control your own air conditioner so you have to call down to the desk everytime you want to turn it on or off.. I thought that was strange, but he lady at the front seemed nice and willing to help if needed
