The check in was good but the front desk person from the afternoon was very rude. He laughed at me when I asked him a question and didn’t even answer my question. The room was good but it needs AC it would be better if it would have one.

The worst place you can go at Rome. Rooms are dirty, bathroom disgusting, used towells, all is very antique. Not at all recommended. We had to leave the first night, and they weren't diligent even though we had already paid a week in advance. The elevator wasn't working, and they gave us a 4th floor room. We were with two babies. Very poor treatment italian and indian staff. The worst experience.

When i arrived there were 2 girls from 2 seperate rooms who had their luggage stolen. The police were there and they said that they havent taken the money for my room yet and didnt have to stay. The police also told me not to stay. They're not only now lying im fighting to get my refund back. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY'RE SCAMMERS AND ITA UNSAFE and i would NEVER recommend this to anyone

Only stayed one night. Pretty tiny room and shared bathroom with lots of other rooms which we weren’t aware of. Had to pay city tax on arrival but staff tried to demand we had to pay in cash (we didn’t have any) as it was a ‘city rule’ but eventually gave in. Not the most appealing hotel at all but if you are trying to really budget travel like us then it does a job!

Over all not so nice

Room was small and dusty When you flash the toilet the water sprinkles from the water tank which is above your head, on your head. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Also confusing we booked Demetra Capitolina, but ended up in another hotel. When I complained about cleanliness on the reception the men said,he has no other room and the HK cleaned in the morning. That's it.!

Over all not a pleasant experience, wouldn't come

Room was small,dust everywhere, under the bed on the fan, dirt behind the toilet. even in the bathroom there was a sanitary napkin cover from previous guests on the floor.
