The entire experience in this hotel is just completely horrible and disgusting, to start off the building is in very bad condition and extremely outdated. It is an extreme hastle just to enter and leave the building with the elevator smelling like urine. It is a simple apartment turned into a so called “Sweet home” but there is nothing sweet or pleasant about this hotel. I cannot stress this enough how much I dislike this hotel and I absolutely dont recommend for anyone especially a family. I went with my family of 4 and it was way too expensive for the experience we had. 0/5 stars

Difficult property to get to, especially with large luggage. 74 old stone steps to bus stop, broke wheel off my luggage. Beautiful stay but no air conditioning or fans!

We loved it here! The hotel was very clean and had plenty of linens for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great spot near many trastavere bars and restaurants! Great place!

This was a quick stay before going to back to the airport and I guess you get what you pay for. Staff and communication was good, room was clean, in the bathroom if you are a big person you can not use the toilet make sure when you rent not to get the green room bathroom if you are big, is tiny my husband couldn’t use the toilet, the bed and pillows should be replaced they are hard as a rock

I had a very pleasant stay at Trastevere Sweet Hotel! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Trastevere, with charming streets, restaurants, and cafes just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and tips for getting around. The air conditioning worked well

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for a quick visit to Rome. Close to the train station and easy walking distance to great restaurants and Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. The room was clean and comfortable, ideal for a couple. We received an open and warm reception when we arrived and owner/operator was always there to answer questions and provide suggestions for places to eat and visit.
