The whole 3 days were a delight, quiet, and comforting. The food and atmosphere in the resturant was superb. Great food.

Unfortunately HVAC was faulty. First room was freezing 57 on entry. Second room was over 99 on entry. Opened windows and left door open to air out. Switching on the heat caused it heat back up over 85. Had to run AC but would fluctuate wildly. Only stayed one night but dealt with it. Bed was not great. Stingy on towels. Price for off season was ok

Missing mini fridge

Our room did not have a mini fridge, I reached out to the front desk and received no assistance. Since we were travelling with medications the mini fridge was necessary for our stay. Disappointed in lack of assistance with this issue

Our room and view of the city were very nice. But we found quite a few cobwebs. Could have used a good cleaning. Other than that, our check in was super fast and easy. Clerk was very friendly. We would stay again

There was blood on the comforter, I asked to talk to management and they stated she was not able to speak with me. I am so bothered that I slept in sheets in that condition. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I be returning

Meh. The place needs a refresh…lots of knicks and the like. The one elevator was out the entire time. The beds/toilets/vanities must be made for VERY small people….very mow to the ground. Housekeeping never came and made the beds or vacuumed. Would probably stay elsewhere

We have stayed here a number of times over the years and it's always a 5 star experience. Easy check in and out, beautiful location, and the best bartender in the Finger Lakes, Abby. His knowledge and recommendations about the area is top notch. Whenever we are in Geneva we always stay here.
