The fro t lobby was very nice but that was it. The rooms had broken shards of plastic. The refeidge wasnt clean out of the last guest food. There were no cups for coffee machine in room or co diments.

The desk manager insisted on copying my driver's license and when I declined, he would not honor the reservation. I was willing to let him view my license as proof of my identity; however, he insisted on copying it which I declined. Needless to say, after a 6-hour drive to NY for a funeral, this was not well received. He promised a refund but that hardly covers my inconvenience.

The people working the front desk were very unfriendly, the younger black girl was bye far the kindest! I would definitely put her in charge , and your dining for guest is a complete joke, but the one guy you have working the dining by himself was nice,and helpful

Worse stay in a long time!!!

It was so so in the room but very dingy n old looking... n the lobby looked like a funeral home n when we ordered food or coffee my husband had to go grab bc i tried the walk n it was to much n could barely breathe... shouldn't b like that n it was definitely a creapy run motel.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Definitely not worth the money even if you are trying to save a buck. There was no hot water in any of the rooms. Water pressure on Luke warm water was horrible as well. We saw a baby cockroach soon as we walked in the room.

The staff member at check in did not greet me. I had to say hello twice before he said it back. My room had no remote control for me the tv or trash cans at all in the room. There was an old syringe in a drawer that my kids found and an old left over bar of soap in the shower. The water was brown when turned on. The shower water only got luke warm and was difficult to turn on. The lobby smelled like smoke even though there were signs everywhere saying smoke free hotel. I only stayed one night and that was too long. It was not clean at all. For the price of $180.00 a night i expected at least trash cans to be in the room.
