Found baby cockroaches in the room, was only offered a new room. Elevators seem seriously unsafe — you can hear loud noises, screeching, metal on metal sounds, and they take over 2 minutes to make it to your floor. There is only 4 floors.

the elevator broke and I was on the 3rd floor and I have a disability and bad communication from front desk, who was rude about it. Luckily another guest was gracious enough to help me down with my luggage. I've stayed here countless times and will be my last stay

I would have given two stars but the bartenders and food at the restaurant brought it up to three stars. They had two elevators and on my second day there one broke down and then two days later at 4 am when leaving to check out I met a lady standing at the elevator saying she has been there for 5 minutes and the elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage down four flights of stairs. When going to try and check out no one was at the desk, three people were waiting to check out then the night auditor walked past us and said I’m on break, sorry then shut the door. Which was very disappointing.

Rooms were clean, but hotel was very loud. Cars doing donuts in the parking lot throughout the night and loud guests coming in drunk at 3 in the morning don't make for a restful night.
