Beds so uncomfortable!

Two complaints, bed was rock hard, thin mattress and breakfast was very expensive for my needs. There were two prices, $18 hot food option made to order eggs and omelets, $10 cold option for muffins and bagels. My daughter just wanted a bagel so it wasn’t worth it.

Overall it was a good experience. The guy at check in couldn't tell me where was closer to the elevator... It was like he didn't understand what I was asking... Mainly because I was traveling with an elderly woman.

Very nice and affordable

The service was excellent. Rooms were clean and building very well kept! I personally did not find the bed to be very comfortable, and felt it was too low to the ground but those are my personal opinions. The staff was great.

Jimmy and his staff were great!

Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! I have to give a special shoutout to Jimmy at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He takes pride in his work and always found a way to do it with a smile and some humor! Breakfast in the lobby was a hit as well! Thanks for making it a wonderful trip to Long Island!

I am very appreciative that they allow pets. We come every year for the Westminster Kennel Club dog show and we stay here near the dogs breeders house. Very nice and helpful staff.
