The customer service was truly exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The property itself is spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a clean, welcoming place that I’d happily return to!

First time staying at a nicer hotel in Sacramento. Exceeded our expectations. Everyone from the staff was friendly. I loved that they were so Dog friendly. Gave my boy a bag of treats daily. Also the valet charged our Valet complimentary every night. Will definitely be our go to when in town. Amazing experience.

Overall very comfortable stay. Experience in the bar at 3rd floor could have been better. There weee many guests in the bar but only one server which leads to delay in orders. However the only server a lady, she was doing great job single-handily.
