This is our go to hotel when there’s vacancy!! We’ve stayed at a few other local hotels and have not been pleased with our experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating here. You can have grab and go breakfast if you like or eat in the dining room. It’s very close to shopping. They always have hot fresh coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7.

room was clean , staff was friendly, definately need more places to hang clothes on. Breakfas needs more choices. like eggs ,sausage gravy and bisquits ,bacon, yogurt,sweet rolls. the BIGGEST complaint was the tub/shower. it was the MOST UGLY LOOKING TUB/SHOWER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! the finish was peeling off on 3/4 of it!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would be TOTALLY EMBAREST to even give this to somebody!!!

The hot tub area was always dark or had some guy bathing in it so I never tried it. You had to call by 10am down to the desk if you wanted service that day instead of just doing it. No elevators and there were elderly people staying the same time we were and they were struggling to get their luggage up. No where does it advertise no elevators. If they had then we would not have stayed for sure. They made me pay up front for the room, instead of just reserving and putting the invoice under the door the morning of leaving like other hotels do with the card on file. Then the money was out of my bank account for 3 days then it was put back and then 3 days after being home it came out of my bank account again. Weird way of doing business…

Bathroom had a tub that was peeling, the shower curtain was nasty and they don't clean well, because there was pubic hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. Very thin walls. You hear everything. Will not be going back.

No way should this have gotten 8 stars! Checking in, we had a woman with RBF. She was definitely pissed when we wanted a 1st floor room instead of us two old ladies trying to drag our suitcases upstairs (no elevator). Then our keys didn't work so we had to trudge back to reception. RBF woman wasn't there (no one was). No bell to get attention. I had to yell for someone and she came out and said she was doing laundry. I said you should have a bell. She said we do (no bell). Beds were comfortable but bathroom was extremely worn. Tub was peeling, metal Kleenex box rusted and empty, no sink stopper. Wooden dowel to "lock" the window ...on the ground floor. Did not try the breakfast

It was later in the evening, and we were tired, the bed was missing a cover on the duvet, the sheets were on upside down as the tags were in the front, the pillows were as flat as could be, and when held up in the air would bend in half. There was one small luggage rack in the room, no chair and an extremely small table by one side of the bed. The hotel room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures that are listed online, very deceiving.

The hotel was good enough for what we paid. It looked like some of it had been renovated but the hallways and rooms were musty. We were on the ground floor and the window had a wooden stick in the track, I assume so no one could slide it open from outside. They need replacing.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The bed and pillows were really comfy. The air conditioner really didn't keep the room cool and it was all the way on the lowest setting. There wasn't a end table on each side of the bed. Face of alarm clock was missing so didn't know what settings were. Not really to much of a biggie. Just used my phone for alarm .. The biggest problem was when I was sleeping and a bug ran over my arm then to see it again and it was a bug with long antennas. I squashed it and left for hotel to see. I never saw a cockroach before but I was thinking thats what it was. I was so creeped out, checking the room out in the middle of the night. Then next morning, I saw another one one entertainment center. I made sure I checked out all of our bags before leaving for and more of them. This is very disappointing because this hotel has been used in the past and several years ago also.
