Super friendly and helpful staffs! Lots of activities for kids! And bonus live music on Mother’s Day made it even more enjoyable! Dance in pool was the best experience for the kids!

Closing doors around my room were a little loud but other than that pretty quiet

Our check in way a bit longer than we would have liked, but our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows and sheets. Bathroom and floors were very clean. Quite floor(second floor) easy parking. We choose the garage parking. Ample space. Charging options if desired. We used the hot tub and pool, which was very clean and perfect water temperature. Staff from front desk to maintenance staff to cleaning staff were all very polite and respectful. Over all we would recommend this location for a stay over in Quebec city. Lots of food options close by and not far from the highway. Enjoy your stay. Remember how you treat and talk to people will help determine how your treated.
