Great stay for family of 5 in two rooms. Excellent breakfast, kids loved it, metro station downstairs and bus to the airport around the corner. Across the road is Train/sub station, plethora of restaurant choices around!

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Osaka very much. The hotel is next to the Osaka train station which is very convenient for us to commute to many places. It is a short walk to many local restaurants and the shopping centres. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist me to contact the merchant because I can't speak Japanese in relation to my duplicate credit card transactions. Our room was always spotless clean. Bedding and pillows are soft and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of healthy and delicious Japanese and international foods. We also enjoyed using the hotel's fitness centre and the indoor pool. We will recommend Hilton Osaka hotel to our family and friends.

The staff was courteous and kind and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is in close proximity to Osaka Station which is a big advantage.

Large clean rooms. Comfortable beds and nice views. The area is rather busy and this is a large hotel complex with no map. On check-in had to fill out personal information form even though all information was already provided.

The stay was absolutely amazing; I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was excellent, across from the main train station and shopping mall, In addition a Metro station was located in the hotel with a plethora of places to eat.
