Delta booked and confirmed a room at Hyatt do to flight problems. On arrival we were informed we did not have a room and they blamed Delta. We were told to go somewhere else. This was at 11:45 p.m. After much compaining and pleading the desk clerk finally relented and gave us a room. We very much appreciate the change of heart and a big thank you to Miguel. Hyatt and Delta need to get their you know what together.

First off, I would like to thank Tristy for comping our bill. When we called the Wednesday before we stayed on 03/13 I had called and spoke with a woman from the hotel who stated there was 24hr transfer from the airport they had told us. When we called early Friday morning around 1 AM we were told that there was no 24 hour transportation and the shuttle only ran from 4 AM to 12 AM causing us to have to call for a Lyft that costed $25 to go 2 miles. When we got to the hotel room, we noticed that the light above the mirror did not work. There was no charger to plug a cell phone into on the one side of the bed, the handle on the faucet was backwards and when you told the water to cold water, it was hot water, and when you turned hot water, cold water came on. if we would've known that, there was not 24 hour transportation to the airport I would've booked with a different hotel, and this is why I called to verify. I also really don't like being told by somebody who works for your hotel that the person who told me that it was 24 Our transportation from the airport must have been a trainee. Your customer service needs to be better than that. We will probably never say at the Hyatt place ever again between our room and the deal with the 24 hour transportation. Really wish I could post photos of the room on here that I had taken.

Decent stay

Overall it was a good stay. The room was clean but furnishings were worn. Breakfast was good. Very easy to hear guests in hallway and nearby room. Very close to the airport so we heard a lot of planes and there isn’t really anything located nearby as far as restaurants and stores.
