We had two rooms one was great, one was awful. Because we booked through a third party they couldn’t put us in a room with a king bed given that we had 3 people listed one that room, with our other room we all fit just fine. The second room was just released after water damage/ a flood, according to the front desk staff but was not ready. The floors were wet still and the room smelled of mildew. It was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. But don’t worry everyone said they were sorry while no one offered any compensation. I understand that you can’t just give everyone a refund but they admitted themselves the room just must not have been ready. Bottom line terrible way to start our vacation.

I was stranded at the SLC Airport and very grateful that this hotel had a room at a reasonable rate. The room was fine. What made the hotel stay above average were two of the staff members -- the wonderful, kind older man who drove the shuttle, and a younger man who checked me in. I'm sorry I didn't get either of their names. But I felt very welcomed at the hotel.

The front desk worker was welcoming and kind. Upon entering the room there was a strong odor that smelled like urine. It was so bad I had to spray my perfume to mask the smell (it didn’t help). I tend not to be sensitive to smells, but this got me. This is the first that I have stayed at a Quality Inn, and will not be returning.

We called this hotel twice before booking to ask if there was an indoor pool, in which they said yes! Once we booked and paid, upon arrival we were told there was an outdoor pool which was delapitated and filled with mud. We were highly upset and requested a refund, but was refused by the manager.

This hotel was easy to get to and the check in was smooth. The room was clean and each bed had 4 pillows. It was very reasonably priced. The linens were fairly worn and the room had an odd smell. It is an older property. .
