Pesimo trato de parte del personal,estube a punto de cancelar mi reserva, las 2 muchachas que nos recibio malisimo el trato, el area d piscina y desayuno si fueron muy amables y los cuartos tambien estubo bien. Mi recomendacion es que deberian tener personas con mejor actitud y clase.

Quarto sujo , roupa de cama cheia de cabelos e amaçada , com aspecto de usada. Box cheio de cabelo. No quarto da minha irmã, o vaso sanitario estava todo sujo por fora. Os quartos nao tem ventilaçao alguma. O ar condicionado não é possível regular. Nao possui nenhum serviço de concierge, ninguem para te auxiliar com passeios ou reserva de restaurante. Cafe da manha com toalhas sujas e ambiente que mais parece um centro de reuniões do que um espaco para comer. Com uma vista tao linda!!

Outdoor pool was very cold and had a very strong chlorine smell to it. This is my second time to stay in this hotel. Both times, I’ve found the hotel staff behind the counter to be extremely rude. Almost like they didn’t want me to stay there.

We had a very good stay here, it was close to everything within a few minutes walking. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the staff that did breakfast were very polite and friendly. I would stay here again.
