I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at a hotel in San Antonio, which we booked through your platform. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to a recurring water issue that significantly impacted our stay.
We stayed at the hotel for two days, and on the first day, while my kids were taking a bath, the water ran out completely. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they informed us that some work was ongoing and assured us it would be resolved soon. While we appreciated their apology, the same problem occurred again the following day.
This time, the situation was even more unpleasant as I was mid-bath when the water ran out. I was left shivering, unable to complete my bath, which was both uncomfortable and distressing. When I reported the issue again, the manager’s response was dismissive, suggesting that this might be a recurring problem they were accustomed to handling with the same explanation.
This experience left me thoroughly disappointed, and I feel compelled to recommend that the rating for this hotel on your website be reconsidered, as it may mislead other potential guests. The lack of a reliable water supply is a fundamental issue that greatly affects a guest's comfort and overall experience.
I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, hoping that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue with the hotel management and ensure such incidents are avoided in the future.
