The staff was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very welcoming and it was really safe at night. The location is very convenient by having a lot of variety of restaurants close by.

Hotel could use an update and freshening up. It was full because of Fiesta and large school group so lots of activity around hotel. The elevators were very slow and one may not have been working. Staff very friendly.

The property is very dated, the pillows are horrible, the towels were threadbare, the washcloths looked like they were used in a mechanics shop, the carpet was filthy… this property is a hot mess.
