Would def stay here again. Close to Riverwalk and Alamo (within four minute walk of Alamo, 10 mins to riverwalk) but this area was safe and quiet. We walked down a few blocks for the fiesta parade too. Parking was easy and behind a gate. Very clean hotel.

Customer service was excellent as well as the breakfast we had in the morning. The location was good. We didn't like that we had to pay $32/day for parking. It was too high. Should be lower. The sheets and towels were average and thought they would be better quality for the price we paid for the room.

When we checked in the lady was polite and had a lot of patience she had a long line..breakfast was not that great at all and let me tell you about the server who was there watching us with her arms crossed like a evil lunch lady telling us what to do.if you don’t like your job then quit she must have forgot we’re the one paying to be there.we asked for them to clean the room while we were gone we had a lot of trash cuz we had kids of course and they never came..
