We were in town for an engagement party. We asked for valet to bring the car at 6:20pm. The engagement was scheduled for 7pm. Car didn't show up until 7:32pm. The facility canceled the reservation. It was a total disaster for my daughter. Worst travel experience ever.

Everything in the room was clean, working and nicely decorated. At check in the receptionist happily accommodated our request to change rooms to have a balcony view of the Riverwalk. Highly recommend this hotel.
