The room was small and not ideal for a family of 5. They didn’t prep the room with linen for the sofa couch so we had to go and retrieve some. They didn’t give us adequate towels in the room and when asked for extra towels, they were out and wouldn’t have any available for 4-5 hours.The breakfast area was small and congested. I mean literally a small corner with gallery entrance. One way in one way out. People were all over each other.

I got this room for my kids for the Christmas holiday and it was a great stay according to them! Breakfast was good and free parking in a downtown that charges for parking just about everywhere! Would definitely book here again

I reoort the staff that shower didnt flush the dirty water. But nobody make something to sole this. Even the maintenance people, the day and the night staff know that but nobody work on it. I had to take shower almost in a pool. Incredible to the regular quality of HIexpress.
