The room felt new, clean and homey. No bad smells, which a lot of hotels have. Room was very spacious and kitchenette was very convienant. Did hear neighbors door as they kept coming and going all night. The breakfast didnt look good at all. Just got some coffee (very good) and went to IHOP. We will stay here again as it was a nice room and the beds were comfy.

The front desk stuff doesn’t care about the guests’ comfort. We were given a room on the ground floor close to the breakfast area and event center. I requested a quiet room because l have babies that sleep early. They said they were full and therefore couldn’t give us another room, which we understood. But in the evening, there was an event for kids/teens and the kids were screaming/yelling and cheering very very loudly. I called the front desk to do something about it. They said they couldn’t do anything until 10 pm. It was very inconsiderate and uncaring of them. No hotel guest should suffer the very loud noise of an event. It wasn’t like some other guests being loud. It was a lot of people yelling at the same time. Either they shouldn’t rent rooms so close to an event room and breakfast room or make sure their guests on the ground floor too have some peace. Until then, we were enjoying our stay but this experience ruined it all. I, as a guest, myself had to go and talk to the event organizers who were actually very understanding.

This day was less than pleasant. The elevators were consistently out of working order, we had a parent who had to walk down the stairs after just having knee surgery because the elevators were stuck. I myself got stuck in an elevator. In the last side of our STAY, the elevators were stuck as well, so the same parent had to take the stairs once again. Honestly, I was pissed. Not to mention the four dollar drinks that we bought that were flat. They were consistently out of food items during breakfast. And need I say more, truthfully I’ll never stay here again. Oh, and I can’t forget the breakers that kept turning off in our room every couple hours. We kept having to turn the breakers back on ourselves to have lights.

Incredibly courteous staff! Starting with the front desk, maid service and custodial. Very clean Spacious room! Breakfast was good:) We were disappointed with the outdoor pool which was beyond chlorinated and still quite murky. We did not go in the pool :/ Other items were bothersome .. an elevator was out, internet went down, ice machine out of service. Fortunately we were visiting family and were quite busy outside of the hotel. It is a great location. It just needs a money injection. I’m thinking that Hilton needs to upgrade the lobby furniture which were in tatters and the rug throughout. We noticed stains:/ You have a great team at this location … help them be more of an asset to Hilton!

Have stayed at this location several times though this trip was disappointing. Pool was not available for use the majority of my stay while weather was in the 90's. 1 available elevator the entire time added to the frustration along with an unusual alarm buzzing through one of the evenings.

The service was great, our room was pretty nice, our fur baby was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Our only cons were that the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows offered no support.
