Decent stay

My friend and I checked in for one night while traveling. The hotel was great, very clean, quiet, and a really great location. The river walk is right outside and a CVS is a short walk across the street. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the front desk, not so much. No one told me how to use the elevator, only learned that from a staff member explaining it to another guest. You have to use your room card FYI. I booked my reservation with hotels.com and owed a small amount when I checked in but there are two charges that don’t add up. I have tried calling the hotel but they don’t answer the phone or they send you to the reservation department and they can’t help you with issues going on at the hotel.

Other than the broken dead bold in the room which is not great for security, this place was very convenient, clean, and affordable. The parking situation (valet) is a bit pricey at 58 dollars a day but oh well.

Hotel Contessa is a great hotel. I would highly recommend this property for stay. Great place, great staff. Great rooms and restaurant. Great valet parking along with staff.
