First, construction going on mere feet from our rooms, so that we walked right next to the construction crew with loud motors and crazy exhaust fumes to get anywhere.
Second, the restaurant had a broken latte machine and a broken fryer, yet the food was still expensive and bland.
Third, the staff were clearly over it, as our $15 drinks contained hardly - if any - alcohol. I never drink due to allergies, but chose to indulge out of necessity and - for better or worse - had zero hint of a headache, which means incredibly little alcohol.
Additionally, the forced meeting with the timeshare folks just to get a parking permit is ridiculous and a serious waste of time. Terrible way to start off vacation.
But, for all of my complaining, I really like their lazy river and the other pool areas. They’re fantastic. Not worth all the money and other issues, but still very nice.
