This was one of most beautiful and quiet locations I could have selected. The villa was comfortable , clean and perfect to host our daughter & husband traveling with us. The staff was courteous and friendly. Our vacation was made extra special because of the amenities, and restful atmosphere. Good popcorn too!!

Great cute place. We stayed end February, was not crowded and lots of space around the lazy river and the heated pool. We love it. One thing we found odd is that they asked to take off sheets at the end of our stay, and take the trash out and place it outside the room. They send out the check out instructions at the evening before the check out day, I did not see the message before we got home. Not sure if they will change extra for that.

This was a wonderful resort. So many amenities and nice rooms. They did offer for us to sit through a presentation on their Vacation Club and we would earn $150 for am hour or 90 minutes of our time. We didnt have a lot planned so we agreed. It took well over 2 hours, they were very pushy and after we said no, they treated us like "well how did you even get to stay here" we were asked that multiple times during our stay and found it very rude and the only reason i wouldnt give them 5 stars. Breakfast options were very limited.

Everything was great, from check in to check out. We were greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. Our 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment was very clean, comfortable and convenient for 4 people. The balcony and jacuzzi was big plus. We loved the swimming pool, sauna & lazy river. Location was very close to everything that we needed. Would highly recommend this beautiful hotel/resort!
