The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a relatively seedy location but the hotel has good and visible security. At check in, there was a surprise $10 per night parking fee which was not obvious at reservation time. I objected to it and La Qunita later refunded us. There were no fruits at breakfast set up, but it was otherwise OK. The room was very nice and clean.

You have got great potential La Quinta but you don’t use it! The rooms are spacious but dirty and not taken care of. Breakfast was really bad. Eggs were the worst l have ever had! I saw so many people toss them without eating. Also, it was very disappointing to learn you sell conditioners. I have never seen a hotel do that. You provide shampoos but sell the same size conditioner. Terrible service! I was planning on staying there again at first, but l don’t want to be paying for a little conditioner!

Charlotte, the night manager was very cordial. She even got my laptop to working. I had accidently hit a key that put it into sleep mode. Also, I could not figure out Analog and Digital on the TV. They sent a man up right away who showed me how to do that. The bed was comfortable too.
