Good things. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. At the price point not bad. But, my desk chair was broken. The TV and the internet had a nightly love/hate relationship. At check in I got a text saying tell us anything you need - no responses at all. Kind of an imaginary promise at. Best

They charged $10 parking fee even after we showed staff that this fee was waived due VIP Access One Key Rewards. Besides that the toilet was not working properly and refused to switch to another room. This will be the last time we stay here.

Front desk was not friendly almost seemed like we were bothering her just by checking in. When we go in our room I notice 2 yellow stains on the white sheets at the foot of the bed. We call front desk to let them know and they move us to the end of the hallway right next to the stairs, which ended up being super noisy because of all the foot traffic. I saw a dead roach in the shower and the towel I grabbed had a black stain that wasn’t from me. Overall I was not comfortable and would not stay here again.

The $10 charge for parking is absolutely ridiculous. This is not an area where parking is charged. This is not downtown SA or the Pearl area. Of course, you have to look at the amenities to see the charge. I would have never picked this hotel if I would have done.
