The water never got hot it was just like warm they weren’t accommodating with extra towels or linen even if an extra fee needed To be applied there was no remote for tv in living room area as also the sofa bed didn’t in fact open my kids had to sleep on the floor

When we checked in the person at the front desk told us that house keeping was not everyday but all we needed to do was tell the front desk we needed towels and trash service and they would take care of it. We told them kn 3 different occasions, over 2 different days to 2 different people. We never got towels or our trash emptied.

Fabulous service (as usual). Couple of things that could be improved…the fold out sofa was broken and the TV wound spontaneously turn off and on. The room was clean. The staff is fantastic. There could be a few more bell carts though.

It was convenient to the hospital where my step daughter was at. Overall the beds and rooms were comfortable and clean. It is a little outdated but other than that a good property to stay at.
