The hotel is a little bit old. The bathroom door did close right. Early morning was noisy, construction work outside. The personal in the bar and restaurant were very nice. The service was excellent.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This hotel is incredibly old and poorly maintained. My room was full of rust and broken items everywhere—it was just gross. The worst part? I found a hair in the coffee machine! Absolutely disgusting. After showing it to my husband, I threw it away because who wants to keep someone else's hair lying around?! When I brought this issue up with the manager and asked to cancel my reservation for the following night (and get a refund), she outright refused unless I brought the hair as "proof." Seriously?! Am I supposed to keep someone’s hair as evidence? Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

The hotel itself is a little less than average, but it’s in a great location. Plenty of nearby parking, quiet area, and the balcony was an excellent feature. Area was also really safe and convenient. The pool was chill as well and the diner/coffee shop in the hotel is very convenient

The property is on the Riverwalk, but it's a walk to any of the attractions. The jetted tub did not work. The room could use some updating. Staff were wonderful. The lobby was nice.

The property was a very convenient, short walk to the River Walk. The staff and maintenance were helpful and prompt, including Valet service. Our stay was probably not typical, but when we arrived in our room, the temperature was 75 in the room, but thermostat was 68. We went right back to the desk and they sent maintenance up immediately. Long story short... the air had kicked off (most likely because of water in the tray). While the air kept working and keeping room cool, it started leaking through the ceiling. After two nights of water dripping/running out of the ceiling, we left early and requested that we not be penalized for the early check out. They honored our request and knocked off one day of valet charges. The staff was nice and accommodating and maintenance was quick to respond. It was just one of those things... but I got NO sleep the last night and was pretty cranky. They offered a double queen room, but we declined. I would say the room was average in cleanliness. There was no coffee, (except little pods in the rooms) until 7 a.m. in the coffee shop. There is a restaurant, which we tried for breakfast, but after long waits, just for coffee and never seeing anyone actually getting food, (there was only 3 other tables), we cancelled our order and asked to check out. Waitress disappeared AGAIN for a long while. We ended up just leaving $10 for two little cups of coffee and left. I wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was good, my room was face to Riverwalk and only 3 minutes to the main restaurant in Riverwalk. Hotel is old. It was little bit hard to close the bathroom door because it was really old but overall it was good. I asked for extra blanket and I received it in a few minutes. The sad part is the restaurant. A girl ( Audrey, if im correct), she wasvery rude. When she notices that we need time to decide ,she removed the menus from our tables and acting like we owe her. They have valetparki for $40 which is pricey to me. No free parking around.
