Bathtub/shower had rust stains around faucet. Ceiling tiles didn't align with each other. The hallway walls look like they had pipes bust inside and were patched and the walls repaired with a pore touch up job. $40 to park at a hotel that I am a guest at seemed pricey. I do not recommend staying here.

First room had hair in the tub. Second room didnt look like it had been cleaned properly. Tv remote wouldn't work if you were laying in bed. Elevator smelled wasnt cleaned properly.

Would not recommend for people with disabilities

My mom is disabled and has a very hard time walking. We tried to talk to the front desk person about a room closer to the elevator. He didn’t really seem to care at all to want to try to accommodate our request. He seemed annoyed that we even had the audacity to ask. He proceeded to place us on the 5th floor at the very end of 2 different hallways. We couldn’t have been farther from the elevator if we tried. My mom nearly fell multiple times just trying to get to the room despite us helping her walk. The hotel is nice but there really isn’t much personality or empathy from the staff.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room served its purpose for a one night stay in San Antonio. Nothing too fancy. Room was clean and the surrounding area was quiet. What I did not like is the parking but it was not a big deal. $40 for Valet park or park outside to the nearest parking lot. We opted for the Valet park and did not have a bad experience at all. Valet attendant got our car fast and they were friendly as well. Would recommend this place.
