Staff were friendly room was ok, but saw a couple of small cockroaches in room, one was alive and one was dead. In the hallway it seemed like some rooms had smokers in them. In the lobby and especially in the breakfast area, it had a bad smell! Outdoor area was nice, with plenty of sitting areas to work or relax.

For an old hotel it was fine overall. This was my first time choosing an IHG hotel and I wanted to like it more. As soon as we got in the room there was a bad smell which turned out to be a trash can full of the last guests trash. There was some staff that were rude when I informed them the drink machine was either empty or stuck. Even after I said thank you for trying to fix it, I was ignored. The wall by the toilet had brown stains on them that I actually cleaned with my own Clorox wipes which made me feel like the cleaning standard is not so good. Other than that, most staff were kind and helpful and the room overall was comfortable. I did find the bed to be comfy and the sheets looked and smelled clean. I ultimately chose this hotel for the gym and the stove availability in the kitchen area. I wish they had a full set of dumbells in the gym. They were missing a set of 30lb and ONE 40 lb l. But that wasn’t a big deal. Not sure if I would leave Hilton or Marriott for IHG though.

Staff was very friendly, however our rooms were dirty. The floors were dirty and stained, there was a female fingernail found on the floor in one of my rooms. The door in one room was loose and had to be held closed from the inside by a chair.

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately for the hotel the construction on the highway all night long was extremely loud and would wake us up all night. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

This property is full of ROACHES! I have pictures of finding roaches not only in our room but in the hallway, downstairs restroom, and unfortunately, even in the plastic container where they kept the bagels. We had NO A/C, we went to target to buy a fan and spent $60. They have NO housekeeping on the weekends, so no extra towels. Staff compt us for one night and tried hard to accommodate us to move to another room. We had my elderly parents with us and it was too difficult to move everything. Breakfast was horrible. Only ate a bagel. Sausage was tough and the French toast were thins slices that were hard. Food didn’t look appetizing so I personally didn’t try anything else, and after seeing the roach in the bagel container, I didn’t want to eat anything at all. The soda machine had mold inside the ice maker where the ice comes out from. It’s disgusting! Very noticeable and no one thought to clean it out. We were there 2 nights and noticed it as soon as we walked up to it. Other rooms had issues with A/C too, other customers mentioned it to us when they overheard us complain about it. Someone’s truck window got busted from parking on the front side of the building. We ended up parking in the basement, definitely recommend that if you decide to stay. The shower rods in our room were falling apart. The bathtub is super slippery. Just be careful!
