No frills, some security issues, close to airport

Someone walked right in my room while I was in it; the door didn't catch properly unless you pulled it. He was surprised, as was I. The lobby is pretty shabby, with cloth couches so filthy I wouldn't sit on them or set my things down on them. I wouldn't stay here with the intent to walk anywhere; you need a car.

It was a nice stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful and caring. One thing in our room (306) is that the lavatory faucet has very low water pressure - maybe just the aerator at the faucet? It also squeaks when turned on. The shower works well, though!

Really nice hotel

This was a really cute hotel. I wish I was staying longer. The front desk was friendly, once we got pass the schedule for the hourly airport shuttle. Keep that in mind if you're going or coming from the airport. It is an hourly shuttle, so if you just miss it, you'll need to wait. It is very close to the airport, and the shuttle driver was great! I would stay again. Not sure about any food, as I just stayed for the night.

Practical for an overnight stay

The room was small but pretty practical. Nothing fancy about it but in good shape and clean. The hotel itself is very plain inside, again, not fancy, but ok for what we needed. Small narrow hallway to the rooms, and a view of the parking lot. Parking lot was very tight to get in and out- not very many available spots. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel, good customer service, free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying, but except breakfast. Unfortunately, breakfast didn’t have enough choice to pick from… I’m not eating much for breakfast, but still could not find anything to eat for myself.

I will used this hotel next time. Very clean. Wondeeful staff! Very pleasant surprise after horrible travel day!! My plane was late so the airport schutte wasn't available. Took a taxi which was almost $30. Think he added $$ to his fair. Not the hotel's doing.

Hotel Skye is OK

The hotel was okay. Not great, but far from the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Front desk folks were friendly, night and day. Room was comfortable but nothing earthshaking. If I’m looking for weaknesses, the free breakfast was…well, you get what you pay for. Minimal selections, breads/bagels were all starting to go stale. They did offer a good selection of teas, so that was positive. The dining room was the food servery…very limited bench seating facing walls or windows.
