The Dann Carlton is without doubt the best hotel in Bucaramanga. I've been staying there with my family in every trip for over 20 years and it never disappoints. The facilities are beautiful, the staff and service are great, the food, especially the breakfast by the pool is delicious. Additionally, the area where the hotel is located is very walkable and safe, surrounded by great restaurants, medical services, and shopping.

We entered to the country with biometric system - no passport stamp- and they dont know how to process and charged ud the national taxes. Service at restaurants at night were so slow. 20 minutes to bring just water and a drink
