ROOM: it felt very moist. Even when the AC was on, the bedding felt "wet/moist." The staff was friendly, breakfast was good, my only complaint is that my family got bed bug bites from this hotel.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. The facilities are dated although maintained. There were rowdy crowds at the hotel and noise carried from rooms, hallways, and the restaurants. The room did not have a minifridge nor bathtub, nor convenient electricity plugs. The TV had low resolution and was old. Staff was generally pleasant and there were several food options available. The hotel is not walking distance from anything.

The hotel room we had was definitely dated. Dirty and worn carpet and curtains. Stained toilets and tubs. The TV did not work and when asked for assistance we were told “it’s because of the style of the TV it’s not a smart TV”. However, smart tv or not there should be sound. There were other rooms that were renovated but unfortunately we did not get one. The included breakfast was okay and the location ( proximity to places we wanted to go ) was nice. I wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel.
