I had a last minute change of plans and picked this place from its good reviews This property is very clean, well maintained and the staff does a great job making you feel welcome. I arrived 2 hours earlier than check in (unplanned) and the staff was very accommodating and was able to check me into a room as soon as possible.

Buen Hotel con buena ubicación pero viejo

Definitivamente ésto NO es un Hotel 4 estrellas. Lo habrá sido cuando se inaguró pero ya está muy lejano a éso. Hoy día es 3 1/2 y le estoy dando ésa puntuación porque el área de la piscina es muy bonito, la entrada y el lobby también pero las habitaciones necesitan modernizarlas. Las camas son duras, las sábanas y colchas no son confortables. No hay mini -bar y peor aún no tienen una neverita pequeña en la habitación para guardar y enfriar agua, refrescos (soda) y bebidas. No obstante la habitación premium es GRANDE. En el lado positivo el desayuno que está incluido es muy rico. También te regalan diariamente botellas de agua para tomar las cuales dejan en la habitación. Durante mi estadía siempre estuvo lleno lo cual le hizo tener muy buen ambiente. En mi opinión muy personal la administración del Hotel (Gerencia y/o Dueños) tienen que invertir dinero para poner el Hotel en condiciones óptimas, moderni, confortable y más bonito.

Always a good stay at Radisson SJO. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is a good launching point to go touring. Lot's of parking, beds are nice, food is good.

Amazing hotel staff

Scarlett at the reception desk made us feel so welcome!!! She gives top notch service & really connected with us. Manuel in the restaurant was phenomenal as well. Great staff & all seem so happy. Even the sweet cleaning lady Yessinia!!! The property was great for our 3 year old & we were so comfortable for our 2 night stay. Exceeded our expectations & will highly suggest for SJ stays.
