The hotel is quite nice and the staff* is overall friendly and competent. However, I had a suite, which was simply a very large room, which looked cold and empty. The room was also quite. Post, from both inside and outside of the building. The breakfast is very mediocre and the location is not really walkable to downtown. The pool area looked great (it was too cold and rainy to use when I was there). The access to a professional gym that is connected to the hotel was great. * I told them twice that my toilet was running and, while they had someone look at it, they didn’t fix it.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. The facilities are dated although maintained. There were rowdy crowds at the hotel and noise carried from rooms, hallways, and the restaurants. The room did not have a minifridge nor bathtub, nor convenient electricity plugs. The TV had low resolution and was old. Staff was generally pleasant and there were several food options available. The hotel is not walking distance from anything.

Nice place with clean room, staff very friendly always available to answer any questions,good foods with prices a little bit expensive.This is place where people can enjoy their stays.Also, it is not too far from downtown where you can make all connections to visit other cities using the public transportation.
