I have mixed feelings about this place. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a lot of people on the property who weren’t actual guests — they had purchased day passes — and that made things feel a bit crowded and less exclusive at times. What really disappointed me, though, was an incident with one of the umbrellas by the pool area. It wasn’t secured properly and ended up falling on my leg. I was okay, but I still have a noticeable bruise that hasn’t fully healed, and my stay was back in July.

I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back the rooms were clean, staff are friendly and they have a lot to offer in the hotel. The only issue i had through out my stay was having to wait 30min-1hr if I needed anything to the room like towels. I would have to keep calling every 30-40 minutes and I work in hotel As a front desk agent it shouldn’t take that long everyday. But other than that I loved it and will be back soon.

We stayed at Condado Ocean Club for seven days to celebrate our eight-year anniversary, and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to Dylan he went above and beyond by upgrading us to a beautiful ocean-view king room that we could never have afforded on our own. Thank you so much, Dylan we love you! You made our anniversary extra special. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking relaxing there every day felt like paradise. We loved that everything was Oceanside from the pool to the restaurants nearby and the ones right inside the hotel. The Sandbox was definitely our favorite spot; it stole our hearts with its views, food, and atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent our room was always spotless, and anytime we needed something, they took care of it right away. Since we’re not from Puerto Rico, the staff were kind enough to recommend local places to eat, explore, and enjoy. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back for more beautiful views, great vibes, and amazing service. Highly recommend Condado Ocean Club for anyone looking for an adults-only getaway in San Juan! ASK FOR DYLAN WE LOVE UUU JESS AND EDDIE
