Staff was nice and courteous. Hotel is okay. Only good for a one night stay. We came in one day before our cruise. Very noisy. You can hear all of the traffic outside.

Room was dark in color. Shower did not have a soap holder you just drop it on the shower floor. Did not have a key card you used a regular door key and we only got one key. Also a glass lead panel in the middle of a front door and you could see the light in the hall which is typical door for a house not a hotel room. This door was at every room. You had to step up to enter your room meaning there was a lip at the threshold. No white sheets or comforter. Should have a toilet bowl scrubber. there was a back door/wooden deck to the outside in the room which was locked and we had no key and a door on the deck which could possibly lead to another entrance to our room. Lobby furniture belonged in a museum, ugly slip covers on the sofas. Light switches all over the room and was labeled on how to use them. You could not adjust the A/C temperature either it is on or off. No room for adjustment .Pitiful place maybe you should spend a night here. Better yet please return my money

Front staff was great, very friendly. Our room had no regular trash can only a tiny trash can in bathroom. No toiletries. Soap was liquid soap in shower but no shampoo or conditioner were provided. I felt at least those items could have been provided.

It’s an older hotel with very little amenities. It’s reasonably priced. Our room was in 3rd floor which had a freeway next to it so heard freeway noise. It was clean but definitely a budget hotel. I would say good for a one night stay if your taking a cruise.

First I'd like to start with I'm an avid traveler. I'm also a reviewer. The reviews for this place were pretty darn decent almost GOOD! They have to be fake. 4 people stuffed into a room the size of my bathroom. The air conditioning DID NOT WORK. Just a fan blowing. Bunks had no top sheet. Pillows atrocious. No hand towels just bath towels. No kleenex. I literally got ZERO sleep at this hotel. I asked to switch rooms and he said I could buy one. OUR AIR DIDN'T WORK. I said no can we just move. Was told they're sold out. Makes tons of sense. Zero stars for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The room also had a a strange smell. Again. TERRIBLE.
