We had a great two-night stay at Maria’s place. Maria is a wonderful host—very welcoming and generous with helpful local tips.The home is perfectly located: close to everything, yet far enough from the light and noise of San Pedro to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering beautiful views of a clear night sky.The house felt safe, well equipped, and comfortably accommodated the five of us. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. A couple of pieces of furniture, including the armchair and the double bed, were a bit less comfortable, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Maria Jose was a great hostess! She communicated with us very well and promptly (in English) both by text and in person, and gave us lots of suggestions for restaurants, activities, stores, etc. The house is a bit on the "rustic" side (as is all of San Pedro de Atacama) but quite comfortable. We had the whole house for just 2 of us, but it has beds for up to 10 (one queen and 4 bunk beds), though there is only one bathroom. Would definitely stay there again if back in the area.
